Eligibility

Who Can Apply?

• Citizens of the Compact of Free Association (COFA) nations of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI), or Republic of Palau.
• Children of citizens of the COFA nations FSM, Marshall Islands, or Palau.
• Accepted to or enrolled in an accredited university or community college (high school seniors can apply if accepted to a college)
• Any field of studies.
• Leadership experience in supporting the COFA community at home or abroad.
• Willingness to participate in the A+JOJO Scholars Program activities as developed by the A+JOJO Team in partnership with colleges and universities. Such activities may include but not limited to new student orientations, bridge program, internships, tutoring, community service, and leadership development training.
